The list order breaks ties: when two techs’ last turns are as old, the higher one goes first. Changes save right away.

    Tech list

    Everyone who can be given a car. Switch a tech off when they leave; their cars and counts stay. The number links the tech to the technician number the dashboards use; left blank, it is read from the end of the name.

    A tech signs in on the Service Scope Tech app (iPhone or iPad) with the store’s dealer code (Settings → Store details), their number on this list and a 6-digit PIN you set here (an older 4- or 5-digit PIN still works and is marked Weak PIN: set a new one). A new PIN, a new number or switching them off signs them out, here or in Settings → People. Their login’s tech number in Settings → People must be the same, so My jobs shows the same cars. Each tech’s signed-in iPads are listed under their PIN, with a sign-out.
